This special event celebrates women from all walks of life who have embraced entrepreneurship—whether starting fresh in their twenties or launching a new venture later in life. Our panel of incredible women will share their diverse journeys, challenges, and triumphs, proving that it's never too early or too late to follow your passion and build something of your own.

Professor Lorna Moxham
Co-founder, Recovery Camp

Professor Lorna Moxham is a Professor of Mental Health Nursing and co-founder of Recovery Camp, an evidence-based award winning psychosocial intervention and educational program. Recovery Camp provides a research-based work integrated learning experience for future health professionals and a trauma-informed, person-centred program for people living with mental illness. 

Danielle Owen Whitford
Founder and CEO, Pioneera 

Danielle is the Founder and CEO of Pioneera, created from her belief that success shouldn’t come at the cost of burnout. With 25+ years’ leadership experience, she’s led major business transformations and helped teams thrive. Through Pioneera’s AI and ADAPT approach, she now helps organisations grow while keeping their people healthy and engaged.

Darian Brooker
Founder and CEO, We, Future Leaders

Darian is the Founder and CEO of We, Future Leaders – a youth-led education and mentoring organisation assisting students from pre-school to university to reach their full academic and personal potential. Darian leads a team of 50 people who work with students weekly on a one-on-one and small group basis in two learning centres, online and within schools. We, Future Leaders has supported approximately 2,000 students across NSW to date and aims to positively impact a million Australian youth by 2040.
